Where we are

The Mercer County Wildlife Center is located at 1748 River Rd., Lambertville, NJ 08530, approximately 12 miles north of Trenton, NJ, and 3 miles south of Lambertville. We are just south of Valley Road and the Mercer County Correction Center (our location is shown as the red pin on the following map).

Driving Directions

(Note: GPS may not direct you to exactly the right location!)

From Route 1 (Plainsboro, Princeton, the Windsors): 
Take Rt. 1 to Rt. 295 North. Rt. 295 North becomes Rt. 95 South. 
Follow Rt. 95 South to the last exit (Exit 1) in New Jersey (Rt. 29).
Follow Rt. 29 North, toward Lambertville, for 6.5 miles. The Center is on the right.

From Route 518 (Hopewell, Princeton):
Follow Rt. 518 West through Hopewell. Cross Rt. 31 and continue on Rt. 518 West.
When Rt. 518 ends in Lambertville, turn left onto Rt. 29 South.
Follow Rt. 29 South, toward Trenton, for 2.5 miles. The Center is on the left.

From Route 202 (Flemington, Ringoes):
Follow Rt. 202 South to Rt. 179 South toward Lambertville.
Follow Rt. 179 to the first light (approx. 8 miles). Nicola's Pizza is on the left.
Continue past the light on Rt. 29 South for 3 miles. The Center is on the left.

From Waterfront Park (Trenton):
Follow Rt. 29 North for 13 miles. The Center is on the right.

From Washington Crossing State Park:
At the light where Rt. 546 crosses Rt. 29 (Washington Crossing Bridge), turn onto Rt. 29 North and continue for 3.5 miles. 
The Center is on the right.
